Jim Soll

Jewelry designer/silversmith

When fine craftsmanship is a given, then

design is everything

It is my pleasure to make fine jewelry.  I hand-forge and fabricate most of my work.  That means that I work with metal, usually sterling silver - wire or sheet metal - and make my jewelry by cutting, forging, soldering, and shaping it, not by casting it in a mold.

My goal for the last four years has been to make one or more new designs every week.  Often they are one-of-a-kind or short runs of 6 - 10 of a particular design.

This has helped me to become a good designer and fine craftsman and has given me hundreds of good-selling designs to draw from in the marketing of my work.
